We process your order on the same working day and usually ship it the next working day from our warehouse. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where the manufacturer offers one. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt through our returns portal.
