Bootfitting for your ski and touring boots

In our ski and touring boot department you'll find our new 20-square-metre bootfitting area. Our trained staff take their time and adapt every boot individually to your feet and your needs. We widen, foam and build – from a custom ski boot made from our own shell, to a foamed liner, to a made-to-measure footbed. With our modern 3D scanner we guarantee precise measurement and fit. Because a boot that fits makes every tour a pleasure.

Our services:

  • State-of-the-art measurement with the Amisura 3D scanner for ski and touring boots.
  • Production of foamed ski boots, custom ski boots and individual footbeds.
  • Individual adjustments such as padding and widening of ski boots.
  • Advice and repair work such as buckle repairs and re-adjustment.
  • With the Fischer Vacuum System, the shell is heated and then moulded directly to your foot.
  • Nordica infrared fitting allows the shell to be adapted individually.
  • We work with a range of heat ovens for optimal fitting of liners and shells.

Bootfitting – four steps to your made-to-measure ski and touring boot:

Step 1: Your foot

Using our Amisura 3D scanner, we create a three-dimensional image of each of your feet. On that basis we select the right ski or touring boot for you.

Step 2: Your footbed

Using the data from the 3D scanner, we create a matching footbed for you with the Sidas vacuum process. To do this we take a negative impression of your foot and build an individual insole.

Step 3: Your shell

We offer a wide selection of heat-mouldable ski and touring boot shells that we can adapt to the shape of your foot.

Step 4: Your liner

The final step is the most important one for comfort and fit in a ski or touring boot. Thanks to state-of-the-art machines, we mould the heat-formable liner to your feet or foam an individual liner for you. That way the boot fits perfectly and the risk of pressure points is reduced to a minimum.
