Unused goods can be returned to Sport Schindele within 14 days of receipt.

For an exchange, please place a separate new order for the item or items
you want. When the return arrives, the purchase price will be refunded
excluding the return label costs.

• Used goods cannot be exchanged
• Skis that have been mounted according to your specifications must
  generally be excluded from exchange. If skis are nevertheless returned
  without authorisation, we reserve the right to withhold a processing fee of €50.00
