The Puez Aqua Jacket is a lightweight hardshell jacket made from 2.5-layer ripstop fabric with waterproof Powertext® membrane, made from 57% recycled materials.

With a water column of 10,000 millimeters, the material is reliably waterproof: the water column describes the pressure needed before water penetrates the fabric. Yet the jacket remains extremely breathable with 10,000 g/m²/24h: this means that within 24 hours, 10 liters of water vapor per square meter can evaporate – so the jacket promises comfortable wear even during strenuous activities.

The design and features of the jacket are designed for full functionality for alpine hiking and trekking: the fully welded seams, waterproof zippers, and permanent water-repellent DWR coating reliably protect against moisture and rain. At 310 grams, equivalent to the weight of just two apples, the jacket is a lightweight – and isn't obtrusive when unworn in your backpack.

The Puez Aqua is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection and thus meets our high social and ecological standards: the jacket was made from recycled materials and finished with a PFC-free, permanent water-repellent DWR finish.
