Size help

Which ski length suits me?

The right length depends on the model, intended use, body measurements and ability. For Nordic skis, body weight and suitable flex are especially important.

A reviewed size recommendation is not yet available for this model. Use the measuring guide to prepare, then ask our team for help choosing.

Check before choosing

  • Compare only lengths supported by the reviewed guidance for this model.
  • Consider your ability and intended use. For touring, also consider whether ascent or descent matters more to you.
  • Check ski, binding and boot compatibility separately.

Measure your height and weight

  1. Stand against a wall without shoes, looking straight ahead.
  2. Ask someone to measure from the floor to the top of your head in centimetres.

Frequently asked questions

Advice on choosing cross-country skis, boots and bindings.

Get expert advice
  • How do I check what is included and choose bindings?

Check the product description to find out whether bindings are included and which model comes with the offer. Clarify any uncertainties with us before choosing additional bindings.

  • How do I choose cross-country skis?

First choose between classic and skating technique. Length and ski flex must suit your body weight, ability and the specific model. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance or ask us for advice.

  • Which boots and bindings work together?

The boot sole and binding system must be compatible. An existing mounting plate may also determine the binding choice. Alpine or touring binding guidance does not apply to cross-country skis.
