Vauhti Quick Kit Skin Skis & Glide

VAUHTI Quick Kit Skin Skis & Glide combines glide wax, skin cleaner and skin care in a set for preparing skin cross-country skis. Three bottles containing 80 ml each and cleaning cloths serve different preparation steps. Treat the glide surfaces and integrated kick skin with the appropriate product for each area.

• LF Mid: liquid glide wax for the glide surfaces.
• Skin Ski Cleaner: cleaner for the integrated kick skin.
• HF Skin Ski Care Red: care treatment for the kick skin.
• Cleaning Cloth: cleaning cloths for application.

HF Skin Ski Care Red is a skin-care treatment, not a general-purpose red glide wax. Use it on the intended skin area. The cleaner and care treatment also have separate roles: first remove dirt, then apply the appropriate care as directed by the product instructions.

Check the packaging and application

The pictured set version contains fluorinated LF and HF products. It is not fluorine-free and is unsuitable for competitions that prohibit fluorine. Check the requirements of your intended use before preparing the skis.

Follow the instructions on each bottle and the care approvals of the ski and skin manufacturer. Keep cloths and application surfaces for glide wax and skin care separate to avoid transferring unwanted residue into the skin. Allow treated surfaces to dry as instructed and close the bottles after use.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
