Saucony Guide 18 Men white peel

The Saucony Guide 18 in White/Peel is a men's running shoe for regular road-training sessions. Its manufacturer reference is S20998-131. The construction combines PWRRUN cushioning with the Centerpath platform. A broad sole base and higher sidewalls help guide the foot on the platform, making it an option when you want a cushioned shoe with a supported underfoot feel.

The rocker-shaped sole is designed to encourage a smooth transition through the stride. A PWRRUN+ sockliner complements the cushioning package. The mesh upper allows airflow, while heel-collar padding adds contact around the back of the foot. The white and yellow colour scheme identifies this version. Whether the shoe suits your movement depends on an individual fitting; use the fitting to compare its guided feel and cushioning with what you want from your training shoes.

Try both shoes with your running socks. Check toe room, heel hold and how they feel during walking and a short run. Adjust the laces without unnecessarily restricting the foot. Air dry wet shoes after training and remove dirt gently. Inspect the outsole and upper regularly. Substantial wear or a changed feel is a reason to reassess fit and continued use.
