Saucony Guide 18 Men black lapis

The Saucony Guide 18 in Black/Lapis is a men's running shoe for daily road training. A PWRRUN midsole and PWRRUN+ sockliner provide cushioning underfoot. Its CenterPath technology combines a broad base with higher sidewalls to support the foot within the platform. Blue and light-coloured accents complement the black upper.

The engineered mesh is designed to allow airflow. A padded heel area complements the fit, while the laces let you adjust the shoe over your instep. Saucony lists a 6 mm heel-to-toe drop, with heights of 35 mm at the heel and 29 mm at the forefoot. The men's reference weight is 272 g per shoe; actual weight depends on the size selected.

Alongside length, your foot shape and preferred running feel matter when choosing a shoe. Compare your foot length with the Saucony size chart and try the shoe with the running socks you use for training. Clean it by hand with cool water, mild soap and a soft brush or cloth. Let it air dry afterwards and avoid washing machines, tumble dryers and direct radiator heat.
