One Way Exchange Roller

The One Way Exchange Roller tips are replacement tips for roller skiing on asphalt. They work with the One Way Exchange system on pole shafts measuring 9 mm in diameter. A carbide tip contacts the ground, while the matching mounting system allows the tip to be replaced. They are a useful spare for poles used regularly in roller ski training.

Selection and use

Before choosing a replacement, check both the diameter at the end of your pole and the mounting system already fitted. Some illustrations demonstrate the Exchange system using snow baskets. This product is the roller tip set with its matching sleeves. Check both poles when replacing worn parts so that you know which components need attention.

Care and checks

Remove dirt after training and let the tips dry. Check the condition of each point and make sure its mounting remains secure. Have damaged or heavily worn components checked before another session. Follow the instructions supplied for your pole and the Exchange system when changing components.
