Description
The ultra-light DYNAFIT DNA touring ski impresses as an extremely robust competitor for energy-saving climbs and fastest descents. In the race against time, every gram counts to reach the summit as quickly as possible. The DNA ski focuses on highest performance and uncompromising speed. Developed by World Cup athletes for demanding ski touring racers and professionals, the ski impresses with a sidewall construction that transitions into a cap construction at the tip and tail. This combination promises optimal power transfer with very low weight and ensures that the DNA ski acts forgivingly in the descent. This allows you to make up valuable seconds going downhill. The special race wood core consists of 100% high-quality Paulownia, with only the best ten percent of the wood used for the race area. This gives you the optimal ratio of weight and riding stability. The DNA ski also features a 100% UD carbon upper and lower belt. UD is short for unidirectional and describes the arrangement of carbon fibers. Compared to classic carbon construction, UD carbon offers higher tensile strength and higher load capacity with lower weight per unit volume. For the perfect finish, the DNA ski's base was equipped with a special race grind. This guarantees you'll be the fastest on the mountain! DNA ski – faster than the stopwatch.

Frequently asked questions

Advice on choosing touring skis, bindings and climbing skins.

Build your ski set

  • How do I check what is included and choose bindings?

Check the product description to find out whether bindings are included and which model comes with the offer. Clarify any uncertainties with us before choosing additional bindings.

  • How do I choose touring ski length?

Alongside your height and skiing ability, consider the balance between climbing and descending. Weight, waist width and construction affect how the ski performs. A personal recommendation takes your terrain and touring style into account.

  • What needs to match for bindings and skins?

Check the ski, binding and boot specifications for the exact combination. Pin bindings require suitable boot inserts. Skins must match the ski in length, width and attachment; ski crampons must suit the binding system and ski width. Check the product details and clarify any uncertainties before buying.
