Size help

Find my boot size

Measure both feet and use the manufacturer chart for this model. Length, width and volume all affect the fit.

A reviewed size recommendation is not yet available for this model. Use the measuring guide to prepare, then ask our team for help choosing.

Check when trying on

  • Try both boots with the socks you will wear when skiing.
  • Check heel hold and pressure points in your skiing stance. Pain or numbness is not a suitable fit.
  • For a difficult fit, a personal fitting and boot fitting service can help.

Measure both feet

Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. Measure each foot separately.
  1. Place paper against a wall and stand on it with one heel touching the wall.
  2. Put weight on the foot, bend your knee slightly and mark your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in millimetres.
  3. Repeat for the other foot. Note both lengths and, if needed, the width at the widest part of each forefoot.

Three different measurements

Foot length · mm
The measured distance from your heel to your longest toe. Your two feet may have different lengths.
Mondopoint · MP
A sizing system based on foot length, usually shown in centimetres for ski boots. Use the chart for the exact model.
External sole length · mm
The outside length of the shell used for binding adjustment. Read it from the boot. It is neither foot length nor Mondopoint size.

Description
The Zero G Tour Pro has always been a performance-oriented touring boot. Now it comes in new design with 3D frame construction, Power Frame, new buckles for better handling, and fit-optimized inner boot. For the new ski touring season, the boot with 130 flex offers 1.5° more forward lean for even more descent performance. The heel area has also been anatomically improved. The new shaft construction provides 10% better walking comfort. And thanks to the higher entry, you slip into the ski boot more easily. Furthermore, the T-Hike walking mechanism has been redesigned, now more stable and easier to operate. The double-blocking mechanism self-adjusts via a spring. The carbon shaft gives the boot two important properties: lightness and stability. This way, the Zero G Tour Pro demonstrates its full performance when ascending high peaks as well as descending through deep powder. With several detailed improvements, Tecnica's product designers have significantly reduced the weight again: the shaft is lighter, the material overall thinner, the sole somewhat narrower. The new buckles and new inner boot also contribute to the performance diet. The result: the new Zero G Tour Pro weighs approximately 100 grams less than the previous model. To conserve resources, the model was developed according to eco design principles, meaning PVC-free and recycled materials are used. With a last width of 99 millimeters, the boot is the optimal choice for people with average-width feet.

TECHNOLOGIES

C.A.S. shell

C.A.S. shells are anatomically shaped and conform to foot shape. Therefore, the fit is very good right from purchase. The structure on the shell reduces surface tension and promotes the heating process to simplify individual shell adjustment.

The shell retains its new shape longer.

C.A.S. Liner.

C.A.S. is a breakthrough innovation in ski boots for fit and individual adjustment. The inner boots are anatomically shaped and guarantee optimal comfort and superior heel hold. They are molded inside after the foot shape, while the outside is perfectly matched to the shell. The material made from two-density microcells is durable and easily customizable. C.A.S. inner boots are less prone to deformation and maintain their fit longer.

T-HIKE DOUBLE BLOCKING MECHANISM

T-Hike is an even lighter variant of the proven Zero G Tour Double Blocking mechanism. It impresses with strong, progressive flex and excellent lateral power transfer. The shell connects with the cuff at two separate points and guarantees unrestricted, comfortable walking in walk mode. Moreover, the integrated spoiler gives the boot its outstanding stability.

POWER FRAME

Thanks to the Grilamid® shell, the Zero G Tour Pro is stable, strong, and yet smooth when skiing. The Power Frame construction increases the stiffness and torsional rigidity of the boot and allows us to reduce the strength of the shell material without performance loss. The new Zero G Tour Pro offers 10% more range of motion compared to the previous version.

Power Lock Strap.

The Power Lock Strap ensures optimal control and even more precise power transfer to the ski. The hook means the velcro strap doesn't need to be completely released, saving time.

Quick Instep.

An extended area of soft plastic is attached above the instep, making it easier to open the shell and facilitating entry and exit from the boot.
