K2 Wayback 92 Skins 2022/23

K2 Wayback 92 Skins are pre-cut climbing skins for compatible Wayback 92 skis. Their fabric combines 70% mohair with 30% nylon. A Z-Clip system provides attachment, and the shop offers the listed 160, 174 and 181 length versions.

Selection and use

Compare your ski’s model, year and length with the intended skin version. Matching a width figure alone does not confirm that the outline fits. Fit the skin along the entire ski before the first tour, checking the tip attachment, tail fastening and edge clearance. If anything is unclear, have the combination assessed before use so that the selected version suits your actual skis.

Care and inspection

Keep the adhesive side clean and remove snow before fitting the skins. Dry damp skins according to their care instructions before packing them away. Inspect the plush, adhesive layer and attachment parts regularly. Follow the manufacturer’s storage and care guidance, especially when the skins will remain unused for a longer interval between tours.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
