Sweet Protection Volata 2Vi Mips gsblk
Description
The Volata 2Vi® Mips Race helmet was developed for the speed and performance alpine skiers need, wrapping your head with confidence for ultimate focus. Our 2Vi®-helmet technology platform has taken the race helmet to a new level of safety and comfort, without compromise. The two-layer Mips system protects against rotational forces to reduce the risk of concussion in an impact. The revised EPS in the helmet absorbs impacts, with special attention to the design and placement of key shields to prevent a racer's impact on a gate and other impacts. Variable elasticity increases the protection of the Volata 2Vi® Mips race helmet's injection-molded shell without adding weight or volume. Developed with world champion alpine racers on our team, this is the ultimate helmet for those driven by speed and pushing their limits on the mountain. The unstoppable racer.
Mips is a rotational management system specifically designed and engineered to be the lightest system that helps reduce rotational energy that would otherwise be transmitted to the head in an impact or fall.
Our 2Vi technology platform was developed for more performance and comfort, and Mips provides protection against rotational forces.
