Check when trying on

Place a soft tape measure level around the widest part of your head, above your eyebrows and ears.

  2. Keep the tape level and close to your head without pulling tight. Read the measurement in centimetres.
  3. Repeat the measurement. Without a tape measure, use string and measure its length afterwards.
