Description
CONSTRUCTION
- LIGHT: One single goal: to give skiers a light and comfortable ski for any snow. This is achieved by combining fiberglass and carbon fibers, which makes the skis in the freerando series twice as torsionally stiff. The Paulownia wood core adds a few extra grams without compromising the snow feel and long-term durability of the material, as it would with a foam core. ABS edges and high-strength steel edges ensure this ski can withstand the bumps and impacts it will encounter all winter long. A construction that allows freeriders to ski safely!
-
SEMI CAP: The SEMI CAP sandwich construction enables optimal power transfer across the ski and gives the skier the necessary grip even on the hardest snow types. The durability of the skis is also extended by the ABS edges (increased cold and impact resistance).
ROCKERS & CAMBERS
- ROCKER: Rocker heel "20%" / Rocker tip "30%"
- CAMBERS: Moderate arch
SHAPE
- SHAPE IN 5 POINTS: A special shape that increases the agility of the ski without overly increasing the rocker values (which can lead to vibration). The closer the widest points of the ski are to the center, the shorter and more playful the ski becomes.
- MULTI-RADIAL SHAPE: A method of designing a ski in which the radii vary in several independent areas (front, middle, rear). This allows for a very short radius under the foot (increased agility), while the ends remain forgiving in difficult snow.
- RADIUS: Medium radius
FLEX
- TORSIONAL STIFFNESS: Intermediate flex that offers a good mix of power and tolerance.
-
STIFFNESS: 3/5
