Effective treatment: You can use the set for muscle tension and targeted treatment of pain points (trigger points).
The 2 triangular attachments work like a therapist's thumb:
The flatter TRIGGER is particularly suitable for treating larger muscle groups.
The TRIGGER S is more pointed and thus more intense in application.
The knobby TWISTER is ergonomically shaped and enables deep treatment of adhesed fascia and targeted deep stimulation. 

Universally applicable: In combination with the spherical handle, body areas that are easily reached by hand can be treated.
Your thumbs and fingers are relieved, the product sits well in your hand.
Without handle, the tools can be used on wall and floor.

This leads to unpleasant or painful tension in the body.
With the TRIGGER SET TWISTER, you can specifically trigger these pain areas and thus promote faster tissue regeneration.

Ideal use of the TWISTER: Like the 2 triangular trigger tools, you can also use the TWISTER for targeted treatment of pain points.
Additionally, through pressure and rotation you can massage and stimulate your tissue:
Through the knobs on the curved side, you can wonderfully grip the skin and connective tissue before applying slight pressure through a gentle twist.
The TWISTER is most commonly used in the neck area.
Of course, you can also use it for other body areas to release fascia adhesions and trigger points and stimulate tissue circulation (e.g., runner's knee, tennis elbow).

Additional function: Shearing method: You can use the edges of the trigger attachments for the so-called shearing method.
This means you can stimulate the fascial structures under the skin (fascia superficialis) by running the edge with light pressure over your skin and "smoothing" it.
You can also use a little oil for this so the tool glides better over your skin.
So you can use the trigger attachments for both deep treatment of pain points and superficial fascial structure treatment.
