Thule Axle Mount ezHitch Plate with Quick Release Skewer

The Thule Axle Mount ezHitch Plate with quick-release skewer is an additional axle hitch for a compatible bicycle. It lets you move a suitable Thule trailer between two bikes without transferring the hitch plate each time. This version includes the hitch plate and an extra-long quick-release skewer. Bicycles and trailers shown in use are examples and are not included with the accessory.

Selection and use

Before buying, check the trailer generation, rear axle type and clearance around the dropout. Thru-axles and other hub types may require separately compatible parts. Compare the complete setup with Thule’s instructions and have installation assessed by a qualified workshop if uncertain. Similar appearance to an existing hitch is not enough to establish compatibility.

Care and inspection

Install the plate and skewer according to Thule’s instructions and check that the rear wheel is securely fixed. Before each ride, inspect the hitch, safety connection and fastening. Keep contact areas clean and check visible components for wear or damage. Use the exact model reference when selecting replacement parts for the existing trailer connection.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
