HOLMENKOL Syntec Worldcup HF 2.0 Mid is a highly fluorinated synthetic wax for preparing ski and snowboard bases. The pack contains two 35 g bars, giving a total of 70 g. The Mid version is intended for fine to coarse snow and snow temperatures from −6 to −12°C.

Choosing the application

For competition use, check the rules of the particular event. This fluorinated wax is unsuitable for competitions that prohibit fluorinated waxes. Also consider the tools being used and the requirements for subsequent preparation.

The snow temperature range describes the intended conditions, rather than the much higher operating temperature of the waxing iron. Select the wax for the actual snow and your intended application.

Preparation and storage

Start with a clean, dry base and follow the product instructions for application, cooling, scraping and brushing. Keep the waxing iron moving during application. Observe the handling and safety information on the packaging. Store the bars clean and protected from dirt so that foreign particles are not introduced into the next wax application.
