HOLMENKOL Syntec FF1 Powder Yellow finishing powder, 30g

HOLMENKOL Syntec FF1 Powder Yellow is a fluorine-free finishing powder for preparing alpine and cross-country skis. The 30g container holds the yellow version for fine to coarse and wet snow. Its recommended snow-temperature range is 0 to -4°C, with an indicated ironing temperature of 150 to 160°C. The powder forms the finishing preparation layer on an appropriately prepared base. It is developed for high abrasion resistance and reduced dirt adhesion within its intended conditions.

Selection and use

Select the finish for the snow type and measured snow temperature. Prepare the base according to the manufacturer’s instructions and use a suitable waxing iron. Move it evenly without pausing in one spot. The ironing temperature refers to the iron, not the air. For competition use, also check the event organiser’s current rules.

Care and inspection

Work in a well-ventilated area and follow the label and safety information. Let the base cool as instructed before the remaining preparation steps. Keep the powder container, brushes and tools clean and close the container after use. Store it dry and clearly separated from other preparation products.
