Holmenkol Speed Brush Wool 120mm

The HOLMENKOL SpeedBrush Wool is a 120 mm-wide merino-wool rotary brush for polishing ski waxes. Its soft wool surface forms the working area of the roller. It is used with a compatible rotary-brush axle and the appropriate drive. Within a waxing setup it serves a different role from nylon or metal brushes, focusing on a polishing step matched to the wax and the manufacturer’s instructions.

Selection and use

Match the brush with a compatible axle and drive, and follow HOLMENKOL’s guidance for the wax or finish you are using. Speed, pressure and preparation sequence depend on that product. Work in a controlled way and avoid unnecessary heating of the ski base. A brush choice does not by itself establish approval for a particular preparation product or event; check the guidance for the material actually being applied.

Care and inspection

Keep the working surface clean and check it for foreign objects, damage or stuck-on residue. Separate tools for different preparation materials as directed by the manufacturer. Clean and store the roller somewhere dry and protected. Check that it is secure on the intended axle before the next use.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
