Edelrid Skinny Glove II, titan

The Edelrid Skinny Glove II in Titan is a thin working glove for belaying, aid climbing and via ferrata. Its manufacturer reference is 72496 in colour 073. The thinner construction is intended to retain tactile contact when handling equipment. Choose a size that leaves the fingers mobile without excess material folding under the grip. The sizes offered here range from XS to XL.

Edelrid uses calfskin with additional leather reinforcement at areas exposed to wear. The palms and undersides of the fingers are leather, with separate reinforcement at the forefinger and little finger. Elastic four-way-stretch fabric covers the backs of the hands and fingers. The stated composition is 100% leather at the palm and 98% polyester with 2% elastane at the back of the hand. An elasticated hook-and-loop cuff adjusts the fit, while the wrist tab helps with putting the gloves on and clipping them up.

Before use, check that you can reach and operate the equipment controls you need. Gloves do not replace the appropriate belay device or competent belaying technique. Inspect the leather, seams and reinforced sections regularly for wear. Follow the care label when cleaning and let damp gloves dry away from direct heat. This product contains non-textile parts of animal origin. Suitability depends on the activity, fit and condition of the complete equipment setup.
