Toko Skin Cleaner 100ml

Toko Skin Cleaner cleans the pile surface of cross-country skin skis and touring skins. This gentle cleaning liquid removes dirt residue from the skins and supports regular care of your equipment. The bottle offered here contains 100 ml and complements the tools you use for cleaning your skins.

Clean along the pile

In its Wax & Tuning Guide, Toko recommends spraying Skin Cleaner evenly over the skin and then cleaning along the direction of the pile with Base Tex. Leave the skin to dry for approximately five minutes afterwards. Also follow the application instructions on your bottle and your skin manufacturer's care requirements. Work systematically across the area being cleaned and allow it to dry before the next care step.

Further skin care

Toko's care sequence follows cleaning with a separate waterproofing treatment when required, such as Eco Skin Proof. Follow that treatment's own application and drying instructions during the subsequent step. Before your next ski tour or cross-country outing, inspect your skins and clean them again if dirt has accumulated.
