Blue Ice Short Center Strap

The Blue Ice Short Center Strap is a pair of short textile centre straps for Harfang Alpine and Harfang Tech crampons. Each 40mm-wide strap links the front and rear sections of the compatible crampon. The short version differs from the standard Center Strap and is intended as a matching replacement or adjustment part for these models. Complete crampons are not included in this accessory set.

Selection and use

Before replacement, compare the exact crampon version with Blue Ice’s compatibility information. Fit the straps only according to the relevant instructions, then adjust the system to the boot being used. Check both sides and the correct position of all connections before use. Matching strap width alone does not establish compatibility with a different crampon model.

Care and inspection

Check the straps for cuts, abrasion and damaged stitching. Remove dirt gently and dry damp parts completely. Keep them away from excessive heat, sharp edges and unsuitable chemicals. Follow Blue Ice’s inspection, replacement and storage instructions, and do not continue using damaged straps.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
