Hard: A flex index between 100 and 130 for women and between 110 and 140 for men, ideal for experienced skiers and those whose morphology requires stronger support.
BOOT WIDTH
Medium: A last width between 100 mm and 101 mm (MP 26/26.5) is considered average and offers larger volume and a more relaxed fit that is ideal for most skiers. To determine the best-suited last, foot width is measured between the first and fifth metatarsal bones to determine the foot's natural shape and volume.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
