Brilliant blue sky and meter-deep powder on bluebird days, training days on or off the slopes – and always in the midst of a snowy winter world: the Sella 3 Layer Powertex hardshell jacket was developed for exactly such days, combining reliable weather protection with high breathability.
The lightweight hardshell jacket impresses with an athletic fit and ergonomic cut that allow great freedom of movement. To guarantee maximum protection from wind and weather, Powertex outer material is used, which combines high functionality, versatility and durability. The Powertex fabric has a water column of 20,000 millimeters – providing ideal protection against moisture. The water column describes the pressure needed for water to penetrate the fabric. But in terms of breathability, the Powertex fabric also impresses: the MVTR value indicates the amount of evaporated liquid per square meter in 24 hours. With 20,000 g/m2/24h, the material used is extremely breathable. The seams are fully sealed and the material is equipped with a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) treatment.
The hardshell for women is part of the Salewa Committed collection, whose products are manufactured according to additional environmental and sustainability standards and are thus characterized by a low ecological footprint.
With features like a helmet-compatible hood
with optional volume expansion via zipper and storm visor as well as the Direct-Access chest pocket, the hardshell was specially designed for alpine pursuits in winter. The chest pocket with innovative Direct-Access zipper with double slider enables quick and easy access to your avalanche transceiver or underlying layers. The hardshell also comes with water-repellent YKK zippers, easy-to-open underarm ventilation zippers and a removable snow gaiter. In the additional large chest pocket there's room for gloves or skins. The sleeve cuffs can be adjusted with velcro and close neatly over gloves.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
