Packing and care

Before packing, check how your ski boots and other equipment fit inside the backpack. Put larger and heavier items in first, then keep smaller essentials in pockets that are easy to reach. Distribute the weight evenly and close the zips without forcing them. Protect dry clothing separately from damp ski boots when needed. After a day on the slopes, empty the backpack, remove loose dirt and leave it open to dry. Avoid storing wet equipment in the closed bag for long periods. Follow the product care label when cleaning it, and check the straps and fastenings before your next trip.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
