Toko Rotary Brush Nylon

The TOKO Rotary Brush Nylon is a rotary base brush for ski and snowboard preparation. Its soft nylon bristles are intended for fine brushing and polishing, particularly after applying liquid paraffin waxes. It is guided on a compatible shaft and rotated by a suitable drive. The brush itself is not a complete powered device.

Dimensions and fitting

• Bristle length: 10 mm.

• Fits TOKO Rotary Handle with Single Axle 100 mm.
• Recommended speed: 1000 to 1800 rpm.

Use the equipment specified for the holder and this brush. Match the shaft, handle and drive to the brush; they are not included with this individual rotary brush. Check the correct fitting before use.

Work in a controlled way

Secure the ski or snowboard before brushing. Follow the instructions for the brush, holder and drive. The recommended speed depends on the particular brush type and must not be transferred from a different model without checking. Use controlled pressure and avoid unnecessary heat building up at one point.

Remove wax residue and brushing dust after use. Change or clean the brush only when the drive has stopped and is secured. Store the brush dry and protect its bristles from deformation. Check the fitting again during the next setup so that all parts are securely attached before work begins.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge.
