ATK Raider 13 Evo white

Experience the next level of backcountry skiing with the Raider 13 EVO from ATK, a binding designed so you can focus on nothing but skiing. This high-performance binding offers a compelling combination of lightweight design and eight groundbreaking ATK innovations. Whether you're climbing steep slopes or rushing down exciting descents, the ATK Raider 13 EVO is the perfect companion for unforgettable backcountry adventures.

Toe piece:

• A revolutionary toe piece with adjustable release value. For the first time in the history of pin bindings, the toes have no fixed release value. Why is this important? Because toe pieces with a standard value guarantee medium hold that works best when the heel unit is also set to medium release values. What happens when you move away from these medium values? At low settings, the toe pieces provide most of the hold, while at high settings, the heel does most of the work. Thanks to new ATK technology, the toe and heel pieces of the binding now work equally in controlling release.
• Aluminum snowpack proof system. It prevents snow and ice deposits from accumulating under the moving parts of the toe piece.
• Uphill hardness variator. A system that lets you adjust the stiffness of the toe bar lock in uphill mode.
• Carefully considered geometries that make stepping in easier.
• Integrated ramp support.

Heel piece:

• EVO brake system. One hand is enough to operate the ski brake. By turning the binding head 180 degrees, the ski brake is activated and the binding switches from uphill to descent mode. Now you can simply step in and the fun begins. By turning again and pressing the boot heel on the rear plate, the ski brake is locked and the climb begins.
• The binding head can now rotate up to 25 degrees to absorb stress before returning to its position. Compared to previous models where the maximum angle was 16 degrees, this greater rotation provides better energy absorption thanks to improved recall to center.
• Cam release system. Our patented system that contributes to effortless entry and ensures amazing torsional stiffness.
• Elastic Response System. This system provides precise release and optimal ski performance by supporting the ski's natural flex and improving descent performance.
• Magneto heel flaps. A clever mechanism that controls the heel flaps using two different magnets. Convenient and precise, even when using poles.

Performance through lightness:

Our foundation, our roots. ATK took its first steps in this industry with the development of racing bindings, and today as then, lightness is the key to what athletes crave: speed. Therefore, it's easy to understand why 'performing through lightness' is the mantra that has guided ATK's growth since its early years.

As our role in the ski touring universe began to evolve, we needed some stabilization, because in a growth phase you can easily lose control, just as you can easily get tangled up in events. So we decided to keep our roots stable, not change our approach to the activity, and ultimately not get in our own way. We continued to innovate our products to enable a growing circle of ski tourers to achieve performance through lightness.

Durability:

The Raider 13 EVO is made from high-quality materials and designed to withstand the demands of backcountry skiing and offers exceptional durability and reliability. Reinforced components and thoughtful construction ensure longevity and give you confidence during your most demanding adventures.
