Size help

Does this binding fit my equipment?

We check the ski interface, brake width and boot compatibility separately. A suitable brake width alone does not confirm the complete combination.

A reviewed size recommendation is not yet available for this model. Use the measuring guide to prepare, then ask our team for help choosing.

Have these checked before use

  • Resolve all three checks: ski interface, brake width and boot compatibility.
  • Have a qualified workshop mount the binding, adjust it to the actual boot and test its release.
  • This guide does not calculate a personal DIN/release setting or replace binding adjustment.

Identify your ski and boot

Read the external sole length from the boot. The appropriate brake width depends on the ski width under the binding.
  1. Note your ski model and length. Find the waist width in millimetres and the interface or plate in the manufacturer’s specifications.
  2. Note your boot model and sole standard. Read the external sole length in millimetres directly from the shell.
  3. If a detail is missing, select “I don’t know”. Our team can check the combination using model information or photos.

Three different measurements

Foot length · mm
The measured distance from your heel to your longest toe. Your two feet may have different lengths.
Mondopoint · MP
A sizing system based on foot length, usually shown in centimetres for ski boots. Use the chart for the exact model.
External sole length · mm
The outside length of the shell used for binding adjustment. Read it from the boot. It is neither foot length nor Mondopoint size.

Description
The Radical binding has been a proven all-rounder for classic tours for many years. It combines robustness, comfort, and user-friendliness. Whether on your home mountain or a ski mountaineering tour – with the Radical binding you're always well advised. The Step-In Side Towers make entry into the toe piece over 30% easier. So you're ready to go quickly and can get off to a flying start. At the same time, they increase lateral stability during the descent. The new aluminum-reinforced heel piece allows you to achieve even better power transfer between heel and ski through higher stiffness and makes the bindings a long-term, robust partner. The Radical has two climbing aids that you can operate quickly and easily with your pole. In length adjustment, the binding offers 25mm of play for adjustments to different sole lengths. The release values are fully adjustable laterally and vertically from DIN 4-10. For added safety in icy or hard snow conditions, you can attach ski crampons to the Radical touring binding. Like all DYNAFIT bindings, the Radical is developed and manufactured in Germany. Radical – your all-purpose weapon.
