Identify your ski and boot
- Note your ski model and length. Find the waist width in millimetres and the interface or plate in the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Note your boot model and sole standard. Read the external sole length in millimetres directly from the shell.
- If a detail is missing, select “I don’t know”. Our team can check the combination using model information or photos.
Three different measurements
- Foot length · mm
- The measured distance from your heel to your longest toe. Your two feet may have different lengths.
- Mondopoint · MP
- A sizing system based on foot length, usually shown in centimetres for ski boots. Use the chart for the exact model.
- External sole length · mm
- The outside length of the shell used for binding adjustment. Read it from the boot. It is neither foot length nor Mondopoint size.

Description
The ATK R12 in Dark Blue is a pin touring binding from the Raider 12 range. It combines an adjustable heel unit, a ski brake and several walking positions. It is intended for ski tours where downhill power transmission matters alongside the climb. This version belongs to the Raider 12 family with an adjustable release range of 5 to 12.
For ascents, there is one flat position and four raised positions. Magnetic heel flaps help you change between climbing heights. The Snow Pack Proof System at the toe is designed to reduce snow build-up beneath the locking mechanism. The heel has 12 mm of elastic travel to accommodate movement as the ski bends.
The integrated adjustment plate provides 25 mm of length adjustment. ATK lists 335 g per binding including the brake for this generation. Materials include 7075 aluminium, stainless steel and POM. Select from the brake widths shown in the shop; the correct width depends on the ski and must allow the brake to move freely.
Have compatibility checked with your touring boots and arrange professional mounting and adjustment. The 5 to 12 range is not a recommendation for your individual release setting. Use the instructions for this Raider generation for operation, inspection and maintenance.

Warranty & returns
