Faction Prodigy 1 + Strive Plate + Strive 11 2025 2026

Faction Prodigy 1 with pre-mounted Strive Plate and Strive 11 binding and black base.

The Prodigy 1 was developed for skiers looking for precise handling in the park and on the slopes.
With their award-winning elliptical sidecut, these skis allow for effortless turn initiation at any speed, while full-wall sidewalls provide exceptional edge hold.
The Prodigy 1 has an 88 mm width under the binding, which improves its precision on hard snow.
The unique construction from a poplar and ash wood core provides the strength to withstand strong impacts.
With this latest model, we've integrated a carbon/rubber stomp pad that absorbs vibrations for an even smoother and safer ride.
Combined with XL edges of 2.5 mm, the Prodigy 1 skis are built for durability.

Poplar/ash wood core
Poplar is a light, durable softwood known for its flexibility, spring and excellent vibration damping.
Ash wood, a heavier hardwood, provides additional stiffness and durability.
Together they provide excellent grip on hard snow, a solid foundation for landings and plenty of spring and flexibility for creative maneuvers.

Carbon and rubber stomp pad
A 600 mm long and 15 mm wide carbon and rubber insert provides extra strength at critical points.
Not only does it protect the wood core from hard impacts, it also provides more stability and vibration damping under your boots, making landings feel better – both for you and your skis.

mustache flex
the "Moustache Flex" pattern is ideal for most skiers.
it provides stability in front of and behind the binding for solid edge grip and features a gentle, progressive flex at the tips and tails to absorb bumps and snow chunks.
perfect for progression and easier turn initiation and completion.

elliptical sidecut
the elliptical sidecut features a longer radius underfoot for faster, easier turns and a shorter radius at tip and tail for effortless turn initiation. this innovative sidecut supports a variety of swing lengths, angles, and mounting positions, thus enhancing your skiing versatility and control.

Directional Twin
A noticeably narrower tail width than the tip provides ultimate downhill performance to conquer the mountain.
A twin tip at the tail promotes playfulness and freestyle attitude, allowing you to ski switch effortlessly.
