Meindl Palermo GTX dunkelbraun

The dark-brown Meindl Palermo GTX is a low-cut shoe for walking and active everyday use. Waxed nubuck forms the upper, with GORE-TEX lining inside. The Comfort fit version and its cork-and-fleece footbed focus on space and comfort when you spend longer periods on your feet, whether on a walk or around town.

Selection and use

Try both shoes with the socks you intend to wear for walking. Check heel hold and space in front of your toes, including when loading the shoe as if walking downhill. Comfort fit is worth trying if you want more room around the forefoot, but the individual fitting remains decisive. Adjust the laces so the foot is supported without unnecessary pressure points.

Care and checks

Remove dirt after wear and allow the shoes to dry gently, away from strong direct heat. Use care products suitable for waxed nubuck, following Meindl’s recommendations. Inspect the laces, seams and outsole tread regularly so you notice wear in time. Clean and dry the shoes fully before storing them for an extended period.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
