the latest version of the proven Ortles Hybrid Tyrol Wool® Responsive vest was specifically designed for the demands of alpine activities: the functional insulation layer brings excellent temperature-regulating properties and thus protects against hypothermia in rapidly changing temperatures indoors and outdoors.

Salewa's proprietary TirolWool® Responsive insulation material is obtained from the valuable wool of Tyrolean mountain sheep, and the insulation material is refined with innovative polyester fibers. The fibers contain thermoreactive minerals that recycle the far-infrared energy (FIR) radiated by the body and gradually release it again. This creates long-lasting, sustainable warmth. TirolWool® Responsive material is water-repellent, breathable and can provide warmth even when wet.

Durastretch inserts are used on the back and sides, which offer particularly comfortable wearing comfort thanks to the wool content (22%) and provide freedom of movement through elastane. additional features such as the pocket in which the vest can be completely stowed, the ergonomically shaped collar, and the full-length front zipper with a windproof backing make the women's vest an ideal companion for alpine activities.
