We process your order on the same working day and usually ship it the next working day from our warehouse. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Advice and collection in our stores in Ronsberg and Pfronten by appointment.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay. With Shop Pay you can pay for your purchase in interest-free instalments.

Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where the manufacturer offers one. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt through our returns portal. We refund the purchase price minus the cost of the return label. Skis mounted to your specifications are excluded from exchange. See our refund policy for details.
