Atomic Shift 16 MN Bent Chetler Black/Bright Silver

Developed in close collaboration with freeride athletes such as Daron Rahlves, Tonje Kvivik and Craig Murray, the Shift² 16 MN is an uncompromisingly powerful, stable and versatile hybrid ski binding for efficient climbing and powerful descents. The Micro AFD toe piece, with its integrated aluminium Power Block, provides high lateral stiffness and maximum power transmission. The base plate, reinforced with rubber and metal, absorbs vibrations and optimises control on the descent. The robust three-lever heel offers maximum damping and reliable rebound in demanding big-mountain terrain. With the stable aluminium Hike & Ride lever, switching from ascent to descent mode is effortless. The binding is Multi-Norm certified and therefore compatible with all standardised ski boots on the market.

Read the external sole length from the boot. The appropriate brake width depends on the ski width under the binding.
  1. Note your ski model and length. Find the waist width in millimetres and the interface or plate in the manufacturer’s specifications.
  2. Note your boot model and sole standard. Read the external sole length in millimetres directly from the shell.
  3. If a detail is missing, select “I don’t know”. Our team can check the combination using model information or photos.

Foot length · mm
The measured distance from your heel to your longest toe. Your two feet may have different lengths.
Mondopoint · MP
A sizing system based on foot length, usually shown in centimetres for ski boots. Use the chart for the exact model.
External sole length · mm
The outside length of the shell used for binding adjustment. Read it from the boot. It is neither foot length nor Mondopoint size.

Shipping & advice

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
