Knog Plug StVZO Rear Light 10 Lumens, Black

The Knog Plug 12274KN is a compact bicycle rear light with a red LED and black housing. This StVZO version has a single lighting mode and a 10 lumen output. Its integrated battery is rechargeable by USB. An indicator warns of a low charge level. The attachment strap secures the light to a suitable seatpost. The rear light is offered as an individual item; specifications for a white front light do not describe this version.

Selection and use

Attach the rear light to a suitable seatpost according to the instructions and aim it backwards. Check that luggage or clothing does not cover it. Charge the battery through a suitable connection as instructed by the manufacturer, and check operation and charge level before each ride. Match the rest of the bicycle lighting to your intended use.

Care and inspection

Gently remove dirt from the lens and attachment. Keep the charging connection clean and dry before plugging the light in. Regularly inspect the housing and strap for damage. Follow the manufacturer’s battery instructions for charging and storage. Use a damaged light again only after its safe operation has been properly checked.
