Vaude Himalaya Mitten grey

The VAUDE Himalaya Mitten in Grey are mittens made from felted virgin wool. The dense Schladminger Loden fabric gives this classic glove its characteristic surface. The fingers share the main mitten compartment, while the thumb has its own section. This version provides an additional warmth layer for winter activities. Correct sizing and the intended use matter when choosing; no fixed temperature rating is promised for this item.

Selection and use

Choose a mitten size that leaves room for the fingers without constricting the hand. Check the fit with the fingers slightly bent as well. Match other layers to the weather and activity. Mittens do not replace suitable technical protective equipment; when operating equipment, consider its requirements for grip and dexterity.

Care and inspection

Follow the care label and the instructions for wool. The manufacturer specifies hand washing. Treat the fabric gently and avoid vigorous rubbing or twisting. Carefully reshape the mittens and let them dry completely without strong direct heat. Check the seams and high-wear areas before using them again.
