Ortovox Free Rider 28 blue

The FREE RIDER 28 hugs your back in every terrain when freeriding, like a second skin. The flat, elastic CLASP FLEX BELT provides control in every situation and delivers reliable support. The soft back pads conform to your back without restricting spinal movement. The backpack back can be upgraded with the CLASP SPINE PROTECTOR on the inside. The spinal protector is motorcycle-standard certified and sold separately. It slides easily into a dedicated interior pocket. Beyond your safety, environmental care is also a focus: the freeride backpack is completely PFC-free and thanks to recycled polyester, also climate-neutral.

To adjust the backpack optimally on the go, it can be quickly compressed with side-integrated straps and folds to fit snugly like a second skin on your back. For rappelling in steep gullies or short hiking sections, the freeride backpack has all necessary attachment points for skis, ice axes or rope, plus the proven helmet net, emergency card and drinking system prep. All features are well-stowed externally to prevent snagging in rough terrain.

The freeride backpack also offers plenty of room for skins and crampons, giving you maximum flexibility on the mountain. In the dedicated safety pocket, your emergency gear is well-organized and quickly accessible, while all other items can be reached from the front or back access points in the main compartment. The FREE RIDER 28 is a versatile companion for maximum flexibility and freedom of movement on skis."
