Edelrid Drone II Seilsack jade

The EDELRID Drone is a roomy rope bag with backpack straps for the approach to the crag. Its large tarp provides a surface for the rope and four attachment points help organise the rope ends. An outer pocket holds small items. This version is the jade colourway.

Selection and use

The integrated tarp gives your rope a dedicated surface when preparing and packing it. Put the bag down where both the tarp and contents are easy to reach. The attachment points on the tarp help organise the rope ends. Compare the stated rope capacity with your equipment and pack additional items so the rope and closures remain accessible.

Care and storage

After a trip, remove dust and small stones from the tarp. Allow both rope and bag to dry completely after exposure to moisture before longer storage, following their respective care instructions. Regularly inspect the straps, seams and closures. A rope bag supports transport and organisation; the climbing rope still needs its own checks in accordance with its instructions. Check that everything is present before the next outing.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
