The Blizzard Marker Comp 16 GW in Black/Orange is an alpine binding for sporty piste use. Manufacturer reference 8C410500 identifies the Comp 16 GW version. Its adjustment range runs from 6 to 16. This range describes the binding's capability rather than recommending a personal release setting. Appropriate selection and adjustment depend on the skier, boot and ski.

The one-piece Comp toe includes magnesium components, with absorbers underneath completing the construction. A Comp TCX heel forms the rear connection to the boot. A stainless-steel gliding plate is part of the model family's equipment. The GW version is intended for the specified adult alpine soles and adult GripWalk soles. Compatibility with other sole types cannot be inferred from that. Brake width and mounting arrangement must also suit the particular ski combination.

Before first use, have the complete setup professionally checked, mounted, adjusted and tested. This includes the exact sole type, boot sole length and the skier information needed for the setting. Remove snow and dirt from contact surfaces before stepping in. Inspect the binding for visible damage and have its function checked at the recommended intervals. The outside length of the shell used for binding adjustment. Read it from the boot. It is neither foot length nor Mondopoint size.
