Brooks Catamount 4 Men green gecko atlantic deep

The men’s Brooks Catamount 4 is a trail-running shoe for faster running on demanding routes. The listed colour is Green/Green Gecko/Atlantic Deep. DNA Flash v2 cushioning and the SkyVault Plate form the underfoot construction. A TrailTack Green outsole and lightweight single-layer mesh upper complete the design for uphill and downhill sections.

Selection and use

Try the shoe with your running socks and allow toe space for longer runs and downhill sections. Check heel retention and the lacing without restricting the forefoot unnecessarily. Match the shoe to the route and your running experience. The tread supports trail use, while secure footing also depends on terrain, moisture and your running technique.

Care and inspection

After use, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and let the shoes air at room temperature. Follow the care instructions for the particular upper and lining. Regularly inspect the fastenings, stitching and sole tread. Store the shoes clean and dry so their condition is easy to assess before the next outing.
