BBB Cycling DualChoice BPD-23 Pedale, schwarz

The BBB DualChoice BPD-23 combines two contact surfaces in one pedal: one side has an SPD-compatible clip mechanism and the other an aluminium cage for ordinary shoes. This allows the bicycle to be used with different footwear. The release tension of the clip mechanism is adjustable. A CrMo axle and sealed bearings form part of the construction. SPD-compatible BBB Click & Go cleats are included. Check crank, shoe sole and intended clip system compatibility before choosing.

Selection and use

Check the pedal thread, cleats and shoes before purchasing. Have installation and adjustment carried out properly. Set the release tension according to the instructions and practise clipping in and releasing while stationary before riding. The manufacturer’s instructions exclude spinning use. Check that pedals and cleats are secure before each ride.

Care and inspection

Remove dirt using a suitable gentle method specified by the manufacturer. Regularly inspect fastenings and contact points for wear or damage. Use appropriate replacement parts and do not modify the component yourself. After a crash or unusual load, arrange a proper inspection before riding again.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
