In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange. HRZN 3D is a uniquely beveled three-dimensional tip that increases surface area for better float in deep snow and improved handling in changing conditions. Depending on the model the tip is reinforced with wood (Maverick and Maven: added stability and smoothness), wraps tip and tail (Bent: playful skiing) or is made of thin, perforated material (Backland: light, great float). HRZN Tech Tip and HRZN Tip&Tail add about 10 % more surface area for float and less bounce.
