Sidas 3Feet® Outdoor Mid

The Sidas 3Feet Outdoor Mid are anatomically shaped insoles for outdoor activities and feet with medium-height arches. Mid is a specific version within the 3Feet range, so your arch shape matters alongside shoe size. The brown top surface and supporting structure identify the version associated with manufacturer reference CSE3FOUTDOOR17-Mi. These insoles are intended to replace the existing removable footbeds in suitable footwear.

Comfort foam provides the contact surface, while the shaped shell supports the middle arch area. An additional heel pad supplies cushioning at the rear. Perforations in the forefoot allow air to move through the insole. The available sizes cover XS for EU 35–36, S for 37–38, M for 39–41, L for 42–43, XL for 44–45 and XXL for 46–48. Compare the actual length with the shoes you intend to use.

Remove the original footbed and use it as a guide before carefully trimming the replacement. The new insole should sit flat without folding near the toes. Try the combination over a shorter distance first. Follow the manufacturer's care instructions: clean using soap and a brush and avoid drying on a radiator. Choosing the appropriate arch height and retaining enough room inside the shoe are essential parts of getting a suitable fit.
