BBB Cycling WindRush S BMP-55

The BBB Cycling WindRush S BMP-55 is a compact hand pump for carrying on a bicycle. A 6061-T6 aluminium barrel and metal piston shaft form its construction. The DualHead pump head uses a Thumblock lever for the supported valve types. At 250 mm long, it can be transported on its suitable frame bracket. The pump has no pressure gauge, so an appropriate separate gauge is useful for checking an exact tyre pressure.

Selection and use

Identify the valve type and open the valve according to its instructions. Fit the head straight and secure it with the lever. Support the valve while pumping rather than loading it sideways. Select pressure within the tyre and rim specifications; the pump’s maximum rating is not a general recommendation for your tyre.

Care and inspection

Keep the pump head and seals free of sand. Before riding, check that the pump is secure in its bracket and clear of cables and wheels. Wipe off dirt and let the pump dry. Leaking seals or a stiff shaft should receive appropriate maintenance before the next use.
