Renegade Evo Ice GTX navy/honey

Lowa Renegade Evo Ice GTX

The latest generation of this classic is one of the top models in the winter footwear category for good reason.
The new VIBRAM ARCTIC GRIP outsole is the main reason.
The LOWA MONOWRAP® frame and the double-injected PU midsole with cushioning windows also ensure maximum comfort.
The winter boots are made from durable leather and lined with GORE-TEX Partelana.

Vibram Arctic Grip Trac
The RENEGADE EVO ICE GTX model is equipped with a Vibram Arctic Grip sole.
This state-of-the-art sole technology uses a special rubber compound designed for high performance and quality.
The sole is designed to provide excellent grip on snowy surfaces.
The large tread lugs, their arrangement and the Vibram rubber compound make the VIBRAM ARCTIC GRIP TRAC® ideal for winter conditions.
It has everything you need.

Gore Tex
Guaranteed protection from the elements, even in heavy rain and snow: the RENEGADE EVO ICE GTX features a GORE-TEX membrane.
This innovative technology ensures optimal waterproofing and breathability.

Lowa DynaPU
The midsole is largely responsible for a shoe's rolling motion and cushioning.
The RENEGADE EVO ICE GTX features a specially developed plastic midsole: LOWA DynaPU®.
What makes it special: even if compressed a thousand times, it retains its resilience.
This means that shoes made with DynaPU® retain excellent cushioning properties even after many kilometres.

Support Frame
The LOWA MONOWRAP® frame midsole ensures maximum comfort in the RENEGADE EVO ICE GTX model.
This three-dimensional midsole design was developed by LOWA in 1995.
The frame comfortably encloses the foot and supports it on uneven terrain.
In shoes with a SUPPORT FRAME, the sole construction extends slightly up the sides.

Double Injection
For effective cushioning and maximum comfort, the sole of the RENEGADE EVO ICE GTX is bonded to the upper using a sophisticated injection moulding process.
The upper is placed into a specially designed mould.
Layers of PU foam are then injected into the mould.
This creates the sole, which is bonded directly to the upper to form a single unit.

Two Zone Lacing
The two-zone lacing system on the RENEGADE EVO ICE GTX allows the forefoot and upper to be tightened independently.
This means the shoe can be individually adjusted to the shape of the foot and laced differently for walking uphill and downhill.
