HELSINKI Bio Suede desert sand

The VIBAe HELSINKI Bio Suede in Desert Sand is a Chelsea boot made from brushed suede. The sand-coloured slip-on design is a unisex option for everyday wear, pairing with jeans or tailored trousers. VIBAe makes this model in Portugal.

Chrome-free tanned bio suede gives the upper its soft, textured finish. Elastic side panels make the boots easier to put on and remove. The leather adapts to the foot with wear. A flexible natural rubber outsole sits beneath the boot, while a removable, contoured Carbon Step footbed supports the foot inside.

Consult the manufacturer's size chart when selecting a pair. Try the boots with your intended socks and assess both length and the fit over the instep. A close initial fit should not mean painful pressure. You can remove the footbed and stand on it to check that the whole foot, including the toes, fits within its outline.

Gently remove dry dirt with a soft suede brush. The manufacturer recommends a protective spray suitable for suede and advises against cleaning the leather directly with water. If the boots become damp, stuff them with paper and air dry them away from direct heat. Store them in a dry, ventilated place to help maintain their shape and surface.
