Meindl Filzmoos dark brown

The Meindl Filzmoos is a dark-brown winter boot with a tall leather-and-felt shaft. Aniline leather forms the lower section, with felt above it. The boot has a continuous real-lambskin lining and a lambskin footbed. Traditional double stitching and a Vibram Montagna sole complete its construction. Model 7704-46 is an option for winter walks and time outdoors when you want a lined, high-shaft boot.

Selection and use

Check heel hold and toe room while wearing your winter socks. Walk a few steps and assess the fit of the tall shaft. Warmth depends on movement, socks, moisture and your own sensitivity to cold. A treaded sole does not guarantee traction on ice, so adjust your pace and footing to the surface.

Care and inspection

Remove dirt carefully and use care products suitable for the leather and felt, following Meindl’s instructions. Let wet boots dry open at room temperature, away from direct heat. Inspect the stitching and soles regularly. Store the boots dry, with enough space to protect the shape of the shaft.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up.
