Meindl Bergamo Lady Identity W dark brown, trekking shoe 2020

The dark-brown Meindl Bergamo Lady Identity is a lace-up leather shoe with an above-ankle shaft. Version 2768/46 has a leather lining and leather footbed. An Urban Walker sole by Vibram completes the footwear. It is an option for those who want a traditional leather shoe for leisure and easier walks.

Selection and use

Try the shoes with the socks you intend to use and check both feet. Look for enough toe room and good heel hold. The laces allow you to adjust the fit over the instep and shaft. For a particular walk, also consider the terrain, distance and your experience; choosing the right size alone does not determine suitability for every route.

Care and inspection

After use, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and let the footwear air at room temperature. Follow Meindl’s care guidance for the particular leather and lining. Regularly inspect the laces, seams and sole tread. Store the footwear clean and dry so that its condition is easy to assess before the next outing.

In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
