TECHNOLOGY

A-SERIES ALUMINUM CHASSIS:
The A-series chassis delivers responsive flex and power transfer of aluminum underfoot. The extruded aluminum heel cup provides ultimate toe-heel response. The A-series chassis was engineered to be less stiff than earlier designs, so aluminum can flex more under rider weight, delivering much more responsive feel. Because the chassis is 100% aluminum, it's narrower than nylon or plastic chassis, letting the board flex more freely from tip to tail.
 

SLIMEBACK™ HIGHBACK:
Highbacks use urethane, similar to our slimewalls™ technology. The slimeback™ material absorbs impacts and dampens vibrations for a smoother ride while delivering fluid support.
 

TWO-PIECE ANKLE STRAP:
Engineered to deliver comfort and response. The two-piece strap consists of two different plastics, a stiffer strap that delivers necessary response and another portion of urethane that ensures the strap is comfortable and stays in place over your shoe. There's no extra padding that bunches up and creates hot spots on your shoe.
 

MINIMALIST LOGO STRAP:
Stitched toe strap for better performance, fit, and style. A rigid outer (material) with durable fill (material) that adapts to any shoe and holds your toe in the binding. Fits both over top and around the front of your boots. Plus it's branded with RIDE, why wouldn't you want this toe strap? Looks great.
 

RATCHET STRAP:
Designed to improve ladder durability and prevent ratchet rebound, resulting in a smoother user experience with the same hold you expect.
 

ANGLED FOOTBED:
An ultralight footbed that through subtle angles brings your ankles and knees into a more natural and comfortable position. The angle also provides leverage to press the board for big pop without affecting your preferred stance width.
 

A-SERIES DIE-CUT BASEPAD:
A minimalist EVA pad that sits under the binding and dampens vibrations.
 

PLASTIC DISC:
The plastic disc provides more lateral flex than aluminum for riders who value comfort and flex over hard performance.
